As Director of Computer Operations, Jen manages several websites, our database and designs much of our advertising and marketing techniques. As Team Manager, Jennifer works closely with Deb in the system operations, hiring and training of the team. As Client Care Manager, she oversees the team system to ensure that our clients are getting only the best of service.
